Margaret did a fabulous job in preparing and presenting our home for sale, in managing the interested buyers and offers, and in the end, making it possible for us to obtain a very good price for our home in less than two weeks. She was very creative in prepping our home for open houses. Her comps analysis gave us an edge in setting our market price, and she took a hands on approach in all the important aspects of the whole process, and did not delegate important tasks to subordinates. I would definitely use her again to sell (or even buy) our next home.
